Salt Blends
Our Kampot salts come from the salt flats south of Kampot, where salt is harvested during the dry season in the traditional way: coarse salt crystals or fleur de sel, which is much finer and rarer because it is more difficult and meticulous to harvest, but also has a stronger taste.
Our salt blends are made from spices and herbs in our Phnom Penh workshop.

Kampot Salt and Pepper Blend
Like Yin and Yang, Kampot provides us with the best pepper and salt in the world! Salt flavors of Kampot Khla combines these two essentials to ideally season all your culinary preparations in a single gesture.

Sea salt is a natural product, Kampot KHLA pepper benefits from an IGP by Ecocert. The Saveurs de Kampot Khla salt blend can be used whole, in the mill, or crushed in a mortar.

Kampot Fish Salt Blend
The KHLA special fish salt blend is ready to use and combines Kampot salt, spices and herbs to delicately flavor all your fish and shellfish.

Kampot sea salt is a cooking salt. This mixture to be used whole or reduced in a mortar, is suitable for cooking in the oven, in the pan, in foil (aluminum or banana leaves, etc.), in broth or even on the barbecue.

Kampot Barbecue Salt Blend
Sea salt is a natural product, all the KHLA spices used in this blend are from fair trade farming.

The special Khla Barbecue salt blend combines Kampot salt and pepper, cumin, garlic, chilli and star anise to delicately flavor all your barbecues of grilled meats, fish and vegetables. It is used either whole or reduced in mortar.

Fleur de Sel de Kampot
Kampot Khla fleur de sel is a natural, raw marine product, harvested by hand by the salt workers of Kampot.
